50cl bottle from Asda, High Wycombe. Bright amber with a ring of white head; and the strong grapefruit aroma I associate with Cascade hops. Viscous and oily in texture, and full of resinous hops with a residual sweetness. Very assertive - I really like it, but I can see that others might not.

Cask (handpump) @ Great British Beer Festival, GBBF 2008, Earls Court, London, England SW5.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, lemon, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (080808)

Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, hops, some nectar as well as mild apricot. Flavour is hops, grass, some acidic and sour wood as well as mild hayishness. Aftertaste is wood, grass and hay.

Clear amber with tiny off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with hoppy notes. Sweet flavor wit fruity, citric, caramel and hoppy notes. Ends bitter.

Cask (GBBF 2008) - Golden/amber in colour. Hoppy aroma with grapefruit. Nice and hoppy taste. Pleasant bitterness with some grapefruit hints and a bit of lemon. Another impressive low strength beer.

Gravity cask Ashford Rugby Club. Amber good hop nose, bit sherberty. Some orange and citrus. More orange citrus in mouth leads to a crisp finish

Sample cask conditioned. Golden coloured. The second thing I find unusual with this ale, after the name is the pineapple aroma. It is light bodied and sweet and to me it feels like wheat malt has been used. it finishes with rather low bitterness. Flavourwise this could actually be a very light version of a Belgian style tripel, but I'm not sure I'll be a fan of that new style.
