On tap at The Maltings York Clear gold colour no head. Good apple flavour. Good dryness. some fruit sugar some real cider apple character but it does have some tannin that attacks the gums which gives it an interest. hides abv well. decent if a tad too sweet.

500ml bottle shared with Mike. Originally shared this with Soph on Primrose Hill, London, but forgot to rate. Pours clear yellow, still. Aroma has light sour, light funk, medium dry apple fruit. Taste presents a nice pure fruit character, mellow overall with rounded mature flavours, distant wild sour notes, tart floral elements. Decent.

Bottle from that shop in Malton. Appearance - deep amber with no head or bubbles worth a mention. Nose - apple skin and dry apples. Taste - loads of appleskin again. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - a nice still dry tangy cider

Sampled @ GBBF day 2 from tap. Hazy pale yellow color, no head. Smell and taste some apple, pear, pretty sweet but I quite like it. Totally different compared to when I had it from bottle.
