Bottle shared at chriso’s pre-GBBF shindig 2013 - London. Pours clearish yellow with a white head. Tangy apple character, moderate sweetness. Medium bodied and fairly still. Finishes with further tangy, perhaps underripe apples, mellow sweetness, light must. Interesting.

500ml bottle from Lions den, Yarm. Clear yellow gold colour, white foam head that diminishes and aroma of apple, berry fruit, leafy, barnyard. Flavour is sweet apple, tart, berry fruits, with vegetal, oak and slight barnyard notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sourish finish. Quite OK.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ [ (chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig) by chriso - London ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apples, horse blanket, sulfur. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, fruity, tart, funky, barnyard, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20130810]

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small whitehead. Aroma is dry and citric. Lingering fruity apples. Light citric and fruity. Mild citric finish.
