Vom Fass Stone Brewing Berlin 2017-07 getrunken. Gleich schon in der Nase findet man neben einer leichten Kaffeenote eine säuerliche, dunkle Beerenfrucht. Auch am Gaumen kann ich die Brombeere nicht direkt so entdecken. Doch hier bildet sich eine spannende Aromakombination aus Fruchtsäure, Dunkler Schokolade und Kaffeenoten. Dazu kommt das dieses Stout schön süffig ist. Spannend!
