Cask at the Cock. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose is soft, peachy, candied peel, icing sugar and florals. The taste is sweet, apricot, peachy, necatarine and candy. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. A touch sweet for my liking, but easy going.

Cock Tavern Brewpub. Light haze on this gold beer. Little white head. Palate is soft and smooth. Low carbonation. Juicy orange hops. Marmalade and a touch of lemon and tangerine. Finishes neutral. Great hops as always but I can’t help but feel this beer coulda shoulda been in better condition by their standards.

Cask at the Cock Tavern, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Drying orange in the nose, other citrus, light dry pale malts, some hay. Light to medium sweet flavor with lots of juicy citrus, orange, some light grapefruit, papaya, bits of straw, moderate bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Very lightly resinous to finish, more semi-ripe citrus, orange mostly but also some tangerine. Great balance and good depth for the ABV. Solid.
