750 ml bottle from the cidery shared by Ennsikillen. Nose of light oaky vanilla, lightly sweet apples, and a bourbon note. Dark yellow gold with light carbonation of tiny bubbles. Flavor of sweet apples with some contrasting tartness, lightly burbony alcohol, and some caramelized brown sugar in the background. This and the 2006 were very tasty and unique!

Golden. Some barrel on the nose but also crisp apple. Light wood, vanilla, apple. Very dry and a little alcoholic. Good balance, excellent. Not as refined as the Screech version but a very fine product all the same.
