Bottle from a mix 12 pack called the "Pinup Pack" labels marketed to men. Bottled on 10/26/16. Pitch black color, thin weak tan head. Aroma is moderate espresso bean, roasted grain, milk chocolate nuances.
The flavor has decent amount of roasted malt backbone. The espresso bean lingers slight after the sip with a good amount milk chocolate to balance. Body is medium plus with a creamy / smoothness. Alcohol is hidden pretty well, make just a hint noticed. Overall, a nicely constructed imperial stout. Old school with only the adjuncted espresso bean. I really enjoyed this.
