Cask handpull at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear gold colour lasting cream head Cracking condition. Only just went on. Some earthy hops. Some malt character some dryness on the finish.grainy. some citrus fruit on the aroma. It's decent. As I say good condition. OK.

Half-pint. A clear amber body under a pearl white head leaving rich lacing on the glassware. Inviting aromas of mild caramel malts and ripe fruits. Blended taste profile with impacts of caramel malts, dried fruits, and biscuit. Smooth hop fruity finish with a bitter touch. Pretty good. (Liverpool, 14.02.2025).

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A bright pale amber pour with a dense cream coloured head; creamy in the mouth with an immediate deep spicy hop bitterness; and a long lasting bitterness to finish. Satisfying and very drinkable.

21/1/2025. Cask at Hamilton Hall, Liverpool St Station. Pours clear golden amber with a small creamy just off-white head. Aroma is floral, buttery, sweet malts, caramel, popcorn, midget gems, touch of herb. Moderate sweetness, slight spiced notes, with very good bitterness coming through. Moderate body, quite smooth, soft carbonation. Long bittersweet finish. Liked this.

Cask up the White Lady. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aromas of light herbal hops, green plant stalks, creamy malt. Taste adds bitter citrus and plants again. Faint caramel. Bitter finish.
