Der Alkohol wird erst im letzten Schritt des Brauprozess entfernt. Und zwar durch eine so genannte Vakuumdestillation – ein Verfahren, das den Verdampfungspunkt des Alkohols herabsetzt und so die Entfernung des Alkohols ohne Beeinträchtigung der feinen Aromen ermöglicht.
Nur so kann der volle Biergeschmack trotz 0,0% Alkohol ermöglicht werden.

Picked this up from Äpfel Getrankemarkt Moosburg and consumed at home Wednesday 25th March 2026, listening to ByteFM and cooking Mash Potato, Yorkshire Pudding and Onion Gravy, unfortunately I hadn't got any sausages to make 'Toad in the Hole' . Pours gold with a white head, clarity is good, however that's as positive as it gets, the beer flavour tastes a bit fake, like it's been added at the end of the process, a bit fake. Score: 4.5

Cloudy yellow. Salt, cabbage, lemon juice, some corn and wort. Dry sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry sour finish. Not the best NA beer.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), best before December 2025. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly floral aroma of grains, some straw and hints of corn flakes. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently dry and a little fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, light corn flakes and hints of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently dry finish. Thin body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.
