Birra con baccelli di vaniglia del Madagascar e pepe verde. L'uso di un'alta percentuale di malto di segale la rende morbida e suadente al palato. Il naso ha belle note di melone con delicate sfumature di vaniglia. Abboccata ed elegante risulta molto beverina anche grazie al pepe verde. Da abbinare a verdure grigliate, mozzarella e prosciutto nonché crostacei.

Bouteille 75cl de Astral Beers, Bologna, BB 05/2016, lotto# 30, 5.3%. Dorée paille jaunâtre, col épais blanc qui retombe lentement. Arôme reste centré sur les grains vec une belle note d elevure surtout sur la mi-dégustation. Retrouve un bqouet adouci de la vanille avec un complément épicé plus présent sur la fin du poivre vert. Garde un côté herbacé et fruité agrumes - Pomello toujours avec ce petit fini poivré. Palais reste épais en bouche avec un bon accompagnement fruité d’agrumes mais aussi une pointe de pomme venant peut-être de la levure. Amertume reste moyenne et noble avec un léger fleuri et un accompagnement de vanille assez léger et en retrait et une fin de bouche qui conserve le caractère légèrement relevé du poivre vert. Malt reste quant à lui de type pils, pâle.

Bottle 750ml.Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, straw, fruity - herbs, powder vanilla notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, artificial sweet, spicy, herbs, grain, sweet applely vanilla, peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130913]

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with weak yeasty hints. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor with hints of vanilla. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty vanilla finish.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour with a small, white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, vanilla and spices. Hints of yeasts. Taste is sweet. Medium body, soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with vanilla and fruits. A discrete beer.

Bottle - fuzzy yellow/gold pour with a small white head. Sweet malts, slight spicy herbal vegetable taste, sweet aroma, yeasty, didn’t detect any vanilla though.

Bottle 75 cl. pours an almost clear golden with a small, white head. Sweet, malty nose. Medium body, again fairly sweet malts with a vanilla touch. Spicy finish with rather subdued hops. Rather mellow beer - some metal. 130913
