Bottle. Slow mo gusher. Pours slightly hazy golden, merlin white head, dissipates to a ring. Aroma is bugs, tequila, lime, oak. Dust. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk, bright tequila notes. Merlin body.

750ml bottle. Tart, mineraly and funky with some hints of oak, tequila saltiness and fruits. Nice one.
Agave here goes far! Sweet oakey honey citrus slight funk. Bit of a gusher when I opened it but not too carby once it settles. Definitely some tequila nose funk. Thanks Jose G. !!!

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a lot of typical SARA funk with lots of lemon, pineapple, coriander and pepper notes. Light oak and tequila notes. Pours a slightly hazy, dull, yellow gold with a medium sized, thick, frothy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light grain notes and a light acidity. Medium light tequila and agave notes with some light oak notes as well. Light lemon, coriander and pineapple. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but I'm not a huge tequila fan. I'm glad it's balanced, but the tequila does come through a bit in the flavor.
