Bottle. Pours clear yellow gold, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is delicate, mineral, lime, bugs, hint of dust. Flavor is delicately tart, hint of funk, bright, juicy, lime. Light body. Completely chuggable. If this were 4% it would be about perfect

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is rather fruity with lots of green grapes, unripe tropical fruit and lighter citrus notes. Hints of stone fruit. Light grain notes and oak. Hint of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, gold color with a large, moderately thick, fluffy white head that recedes steadily before disappearing. Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with a touch of acidity that accentuates the fruity notes. Light grain notes and low bitterness. Hints of alcohol. Medium notes of green grape, green guava and mango with some light citrus notes and a touch of stone fruit. Light oak notes and faint tannins. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice, fruity saison that exhibits solid SARA funk.
