Sample (thanks fonefan!). Orangeish amber colour with a tiny off-white head, which vanishes quite fast. Aroma is floral, rosehip, some plum and mild herbal tones. Flavour is not too sweet toffeeish tones with some floral, mild rosehip, a bit salty, tart, and non-sweet strawberries. Quite a nice brew, even though it at first was rather strange.

Bottle shared in London to commemorate Jack’s leaving. Thanks to Paul for this one. Pours hazy pink-gold with a frothy white head. The aroma holds light bread, ripe plum, lemon, funky brett, ham. Light sweet flavor with big tartness, some acetic twang, further plum, lemon juice. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Very tart finish, with some gummy berries, biting lemony acidity. Nice one - another sound CS sour.

Bottle split at Jack The Sipper leaves for the FBI again tasting, big thanks to Paulo, 14/07/15. Hazed orange with reddish hues and a moderate off white covering. Nose is plum, straw, earthy, light brett strokes, trace fecal. Taste comprises earthy fruit rinds, more plum jus, pissy, brett, lemon rind, tarte fruit rinse. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent sour.

Farewell Jack bottleshare at Craft Clerkenwell. Thanks to Paulinho. Hazy pale apricot coloured beer, thin very pale apricot colour head. Palate is light, crisp and dry. Mild to medium lemony sourness. Touch of brett. Any plum is pretty subtle. Light finish. Okay.

Bottle via trade, shared at Craft Clerko. It pours hazy rose/blush with a small white head. The nose is musty, dirty, earthy, manure, barnyard, vanilla, soft, juicy plum and coconut. The taste is crisp, tart, juicy, big plummy action, sherbet, tart tatin, minerals, lemony sherbet, green apple, refreshing acidity, earth and brett. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Aroma is very filthy and the taste is delicious. Very nice stuff indeed. Crushed it.
