Bottle from Sterk Amsterdam. Aroma is powdery cocoa, vanilla, roasted malt, caramel fudge, nuts, milk chocolate, marshmallow. Flavour is sweet with a fairly bitter finish. Body is medium. Quite powdery and sweet with heavy vanilla, not my favourite profile for an Imperial Stout, to say the least.

33cl Fles van Vonk. Zwart met beige kraag. Aroma van vanille, lijkt op een goede BA variant maar er komt geen hout bij kijken, wat koffie, mokka, geroosterde geuren. Smaak komt goeddeels overeen, zacht, geroosterd, volmondig, goede integratie van de vanille en koffie. Medium tot volle body. Goed.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Rotterdam. BBE 15.12.2019 Aroma has vanilla and licorice root. Flavour has vanilla, artifical candy and licorice root. A total vanilla overdose.

Fles gedeelt door Roelzie1986. Het is een donkerbruin tot zwart bier. Het heeft een gebrande moutige geur met tonen van koffie. De smaak is chocolade achtig en koffie achtig.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Wijnzinnig, Gendt. Black with a big beige head. Vanilla, sweet coffee and milk chocolate aroma. Sweet taste with a long cacao finish. Mouthfeel is oily, thick and smooth, alcohol well hidden. At first the vanilla was a bit too much but it grows on you. Great smooth stout.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', bottled in December 2017, cellared for a year. Clear, very dark ruby to black with a thin, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla and some nuts. Very sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, some licorice and a touch of nuts, followed by a medium long, slightly roasty-bitter, a bit earthy finish. Full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty smooth and thick, very pleasant for 10% abv but not that deep. Still a very nice Stout!

zwart met beperkte licht bruine kraag. aroma van koffie, vanille, chocolade, geroosterde en gebrande mouten, donkere mout en zoetig, Smaken zijn dun, zacht en glad, alcohol, geroosterde en gebrande mouten, chocolade, koffie, vanille, licht zuurtje, mocca, marshmallows, cacao poeder, matige tot redelijke body, poederachtige finish,matig bitter, erg plakkerig zoet op de lippen.

Black colour. Short version: chocolate, vanilla, lactose. Sweet. It's nice. Not the most unique brew though. Full body, silky, soft carbo.

Tap at NBPF. Clear very dark brown with beige head. Mocca, strong chocolate milkshake, vanilla, cake chocolate koetjesreep, coffee, sweet toffee, brown sugar. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Almost full bodied with slight slick feel.
