Bottle at the brewery. Pale blond, small white head. Aroma is spicy, big citrus, bit herbal, mulled wine fruitiness. Taste is good, not so bitter, nice fruitiness, grainy, bit creamy too. Pretty good. Bit tropical. --- Beer merged from original tick of Pale Ale Galaxy, Cascade on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8. 330ml bottle from Alesela. Pours hazy yellow, thin white head. Lots of citrus hop aromas, grapefruit and orange, along with a large yeasty note that came to dominate the taste. Dry finish. not bad.

Hazy paleish gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and semi dry with fine carbonation. Mellow grapefruit pith. Touch of orange and light floralness. Bitter peel kicks in and then a whisper of tropical fruits. Light dry finish. Pretty tasty but feels thin.

Bottle from Partizan. It pours hazy gold with a thick, foamy white head. The nose is mango, passion fruit, sweet orange, straw and minerals. The taste is crisp, pithy lemon, bitter grapefruit, straw, pine and grass with a very dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Perhaps a touch too dry, but good stuff nonetheless.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy pale golden body with a medium white head. Very light carbonation. Excellent carbonation. Aroma of pineapple cake, mango and yeast. Mild flavour of lemons, minerals and yeast. Medium body with a oily, almost creamy mouthfeel. Flat carbonation. A lovely, subtle American Pale Ale.

Bottle shared at JF’s, from the Eusto Tap thanks to Kenny for the tip off, 23/08/13. Hazed pale yellow with a thin off white head. Nose is citrus, hops, bitter orange, light minerals. Taste comprises orange pith, light grapefruit, a big mineral bite, toasted malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with hop well balanced bitterness. Solid APA but not their best.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a medium-sized white froth cap. The aroma yields lemon and stone fruits. Light to medium sweet flavor with lots of dry minerals, some lemon peel, grapefruit, nips of cat pee. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous and sticky on the finish with restrained pale malt sweetness, some orange juice, further minerals, mild urine, lemon, dirty hay. Nice stuff.
