A glorious wheat beer, brewed as a collaboration with Dorking shanty band The Salts. Yes it’s grog, but very refined grog. Light, super-refreshing, and a great beer to have in your fridge pretty much all the time. Try it with brunch - a cheese omelette for example. Or with Indian or Chinese food. Or even with a salad. But best of all, try it with seafood like crab, seared scallops or lobster. And enjoy it!

Bottle shared at the Horal Chugging Tasting - CBC Clerkenwell. Many thanks to Colin. Pours clear, bright gold with a creamy, white head. Nose holds peach and orange. Light sweet flavor with faintly tangy lemon, some dry dough and mellow straw bitterness. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Mild sweetness to finish with further notes of lightly tangy citrus fruits. Tasty beer.
