Can at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice fresh floral elferflower, soft wheat, rubber, flaked grains, light wallpaper paste, lemon twist, lychee. Flavour is composed of soft flaked wheat, spicy grains, lemon, guava, lychee, floral elderflower notes, spicy lemon. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, lemon, soft moderate carobnation, light tang in the finish. Refreshing.

Keg at MSBH. It pours murky pale gold - beige with a medium fluffy white. The aroma is fresh, juicy, fragrant, floral, bubblegum, guava, watermelon, lychee, touch green, grassy and Turkish delight. The taste is crisp, dry, lightly tart, pithy, lychee, guava, watermelon, grapefruit, pithy lime, elderflower, some biscuity malt, cracker and minerality with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Super fun stuff. Moreish.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellow beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, what there is is quite sweet. Floral sweetness along with a backdrop of rice sweetness. The elderflower and quince is a nice idea, it's more obviously elderflower but the quince does support and provide contrast. The big issue here, is not that this tastes nothing like a lager but something is off. On both nose and tongue there is an off flavour which seems to be some elderflower gone wonky to me. Thin dry finish. Fundamentally a nice beer but that off note takes it down quite a few notches. Half a can and I was done.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow with a snow white neatly proportioned head. Nose - light elderflower and citrus zest. Taste - lemon, light elderflower and generally dank. Palate - light bodied, very refreshing. Overall - good. I'm getting as much citrus as elderflower, interestingly.
