Bottle from Wisley. Aroma has 'dry' apple peel and underlying juice. A light haze to the very pale gold body. No head. Tart sour. Hints of sweetness. Vinous. Light. Thin but slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Dry finish, a tad astringent. Nice enough but with ciders I normally find there's not too much to say about them from my perspective.

275ml bottle. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, green apple, vinegar. Taste is fruity apple, floral note, green apple, some apple skin, tangy, some tartness. Light bodied, fine carbonation, dry and lingering vinegary at the finish. Quite OK.

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. Pours perfectly clear with very little color and a faint, bubbly film. Musty, moderately dank apple nose. Light sweet flavor with some sweat, funk, general basement. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly dry on the finish with restrained apple sugars and more dingy basement. So so.
