The contrasting brews used a variety of grains and a mixture of aged and fresh European hops. Fermentation took place in fresh cider barrels from Oliver's Cider and Perry, as well as Ross-on-Wye Cider and Perry Company.
The finished blend was dry-hopped with whole-leaf Kazbek and Brewers Gold before conditioning in bottle.

75cl Fles, dank Harmen! Batch 4, 7.2% ABV. Iets mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Redelijk zuur, wrang, funky, hout, zure appels maar niet per sé appelsap, licht bloemig, mooie funky lichtzure saison. Lichte body. Goed.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 10.2023/bbe 31.10.2033) im 2025-08 getrunken. Diese gelbgoldene, trübe Cider kommt mit kräftigen Apfel-Aroma und einer deutlicher Säure daher. Ganz weit hinten im Abgang ist der BA Einfluss durch eine leichte Tannin-Note bemerkbar.

Bottle shared by explosivedog: pours yellow gold with white head. Aroma is woody, some cider, pleasant sourness. Taste is fairly sour, woody, somewhat sweet. Nice.

Bottle, 750 ml shared with kajser27 and MiroB. Cloudy golden with white head. Bit funky, citric, lemon, light apples, somewhat one dimensional. Medium sourness. Lacking complexity.

Bottle. Mills online. Misted gold. Handsome white foam. Nose has apple cider lolly. Pomace. Rye like grain. Mineral. Touch of leathery funk. Hint of vanilla. Taste is lightly tart, mineraly and lightly bitter. Juicy and tart throughout with lively foamy carbonation. Juicy tart mineraly finish. Nice say zon.
