[From handpump at the brewery.] A straw coloured pour with a thin white head; lemony aroma; sweet lemony taste; with a little sherbet to finish. Wakes up the taste buds.

Cask at Tap East, Stratford. Golden colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of citrus hop. Taste is malt, biscuity with citrusy hop bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry light bitter finish. Quite drinkable

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2019) The beer poured pale golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and citricness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A light one but still tasty.

Cask at Tap East, Stratford on 30th April 2016. Cloudy amber with decaying off-White foam and scant lacing. Citric hoppy aroma. Thickly malty in-mouth with citrus orange and grapefruit. Bittersweet finish. Medium-bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Cask at tap East. Pours clear golden, nose is malty toffee, floral, pine, taste is sweet and fruity.

Cask at tap east brewpub. Aroma is nice tropical fruit hop, lychee, soft fruit and grainy husks. Pale yellow / straw coloured pour with a nice white cascading froth. Flavour us less good, straw, grain tanin, earthy hop leaf. Palate is light bodied, tannin on the tongue and the finish is dry. Lingering rough hop bitterness and a little metallic note. us

Cask (handpump) @ Tap East Pub & Brewery, The Great Eastern Market, Westfield Stratford City, Stratford, Greater London, England E20 1ET.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moerate bitter with a long duration, citrus, lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130812]
