Bottled (backlog, as No 0340). Deep coppery brown, close to black, with a mediumsized longlasting creamy beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, some chocolate, coffee and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is roasted, some chocolate, mild yeasty as well as some slight lactic and nutty notes.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Bøgedal Nr. 0340 Mørk Øl ].Clear dark brown black colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, dark malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted - coffee bitter, dry, roasted, light sweet sugary malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a small tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and toast, leading to a bitter finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is yeasty, toffee and caramelish. Bitter, mellow yeasty, toffee and light caramelish. Bitter and toasted malty finish.

Weak roasted aroma. Very dark brown colour, seems almost clear. Very small head. The flavour is nicely sweet caramelly malt. A little coffee, but not so much.

5 cl fra flaske på Bøgedals stand Tap 1 mai-13: flott skum som henger. Kaffe og lakris i aroma, og fyldig, kremet smak med lang og passelig bitter ettersmak. Virkelig lekker, en perfekt start på festivalen.
