Bottle from Bourne Valley Farm Shop. Floral and citrus aroma. Pale gold. Thin white head around rim, with some lacing. Initial grapefruit bitter hit. Gains sweetness into finish - juicy citrus. Light bodied. Slick. A prickly of carbonation. Long but muted finish. Good stuff, if not particularly adventurous. But I have to admit it’s probably too cold to give it complete justice - forgot it was in the fridge.
