Hell, kräftig und vollmundig im Geschmack. Trotz seiner Stärke besonders harmonisch und rund im Antrunk. Ein wohlschmeckendes Bockbier, das sich durch sein volles Aroma auszeichnet. Ein Hochgenuss für den echten Bockbierfreund. Nach altem Familienrezept traditionell handwerklich gebraut.
Typisch fränkisch – einfach gut.
Der Helle Bock ist von November bis Ende Januar erhältlich.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Yellow plums, grain and some faint hints of citrus in the aroma. Crisp taste with notes of marmalade, lemon, grain and biscuity malt.

“Ritter Heller Bock“, Flasche (50 cl) vom Landbierparadies, Nürnberg. - Helles Goldbraun, klar, reichlich feinporiger Schaum. - In der Nase das bocktypisch breite helle Malz mit Karamel und Sahnebonbon, grundiert von nicht zu wenig kräuterigem Hopfen. - Antrunk breit hellmalzig-süß mit viel Karamel und schwerer Tiefe (also nicht nur Zuckerwasser wie bei billigen Böcken). Die Hopfung ist ausreichend kräftig aber weniger aromatisch als erwartet, mit schwacher Kräuternote und Anklängen an Zitrusfrucht (kandierte Orangenschale). Mild rezent, breit; satte aber unaufdringliche alkoholische Schwere. Im Abgang milde Hopfenherbe. - Braver heller Bock, schön malzig-schwer aber ein wenig stumpf gehopft. (Fortes fortuna adiuavat = Den Mutigen hilft das Glück.)

Golden color, white head with medium retention. Aroma has notes of marzipan and bready hints. Flavor is slightly sweet at the beginning, alcohol is highly present, bready notes and good maltiness. Light bitterness in the final with alcoholic mouthfeel.

Bottle. Amber, fine carbonation low lacing head. Full fruity malt and caramel aroma, honey and classic Hallertau aromatics. Fullbodied, honey, nuts, broad citric aroma, conifer and grass. Really nice broad flavor notes fitting the season, well balanced, moreish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch intensiv malzig, würzig, getreidig. Geschmack sehr malzig, leicht fruchtig süß, getreidig.

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sugary malt, sugary. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, hay, sugary, bread notes, alcohol notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131026]

Würziger hopfiger Antrunk, helles Malz. Hell würzig bleibend, süffig, hell. Geringe Kräuternoten, vollmundig, herber. Rund, gut. 9/9/10/10/8/9

50ml bottle. Clear orangey golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and caramel malty aroma with a slightly spicy touch of hay. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, oxidised hop notes and spicy husky overtones make up a unpleasant, fusty combination.

Bottle: Deep golden, clear, stable and firm white foamy layer, bisquity-hoppy nose with a distinctive touch of alcohol; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly full bodied; drier - with hoppy traces - fruity-bisquity finish with a bitter aftertaste. Quite a solid and pleasant Bock…

(bottle) Clear, light-amber colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly toasted malty aroma with hints of caramel, biscuits, also notes of herbal and subtle citric hops. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly biscuity malty taste with caramel and Franconian hoppy accents; sweet and mildly hop-bitter finish with herbal notes and a warming tinge of alcohol shining through. All in all quite runded. 01.II.13
