Tap at Arrogant Sour, held at Moor Beer Co in Bristol July 2019. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma: spicy/funky with lots of citrus zest - lemon zest, orange zest, herbal, light spices. Taste: light to moderate sweet, light to medium tartness, dry with lots more citrus zest, sweet orange and spicy & herbal notes. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Super interesting, tasty!

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca media grana evanescente, colore giallo smorto velato, al naso è floreale funky agrumi, in bocca mandarino agrumi funky vinosa, corpo leggero, leggero dolce contrastato dall’acidità, carbonazione moderata, amaro percettibile. Secca asciutta nel finale. Ottima ben fatta, mi ha stupito. Bravi ragazzi. c. Bottega della birra Arona 17.10.20
