One of our favourite hops ever, with notes of orange and grapefruit zest and a herbal edge, an absolute classic.

Bottle. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Faint haze on a yellow gold. Fine and dense, sticky white foam. Nose has clean grain. Whiff of sourness. Fresh leafy hop. Some breakfast cereal. Taste has a lick of sweetness, with a crisp, biting, leafy, nettle like bitterness. Smooth and super drinkable, with soft carbonation. Really punchy, fresh hop bitterness to the finish. Great beer that I could imagine drinking an horrendous amount if I ever saw it on tap.

330ml bottle, online from the source. Pours just off clear golden with a white head. Aroma: bready malts, grass. Taste: light sweet & moderate bitter. More bready malts up front with a citrussy edge in behind. Lovely bitterness on the finish. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Cracking Pils

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from All Good Beer. Pours totally clear gold with a frothy, white topping. Delicious beer, lightly sweet, balanced bitterness, pleasant biscuit and grass interplay, fresh pale bread, no dough, nips of lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly bitter, further grass, dried biscuits, hay. A little lip-smacking bitterness in the aftertaste. This is the best of the recent trio from Braybrooke. It’s outstanding.
