tap at cbc. clear golden, smooth white head. very very nice aroma, wood, liqeur, malts. good composition. flavor is malts, wood, fruity notes from the booze, well mixeed, nice sweet , with a fruity note to it.

CBC. Light haze on this darkish amber beer. Little white head. Palate is semi dry with moderate carbonation. Light dry wood, a little caramel. Light apple brandy and a pinch of spice. Dry finish, a little alcohol warmth. Interesting beer! After drinking so much Cachaca in Brazil it’s nice to dry a BA using it. C

Draft @ CBC 2013.Pours a clear dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak oaky caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy honey woody caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy weak woody caramel and dark fruit finish.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 1. Pours clear orange with a slight, white cream head. Sweet bread and toffee on the nose. Big sweet flavor, lightly musty, with some syrupy sugars, dates, bread, toffee, light alcohol. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Hot finish, lightly medicinal, with some modest dry toffee and dried fruits. Fair.

From tap. Pours dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is dense roasted malty, alcoholic and breadish. Sweet caramelish malty. Lingering fruity and dense malty.
