Our team blended up some beautiful bourbon barrels aged between 16 and 23 months from our cellar and then conditioned it on freeze dried ice cream and blueberries to create a creamy, berry forward treat of bourbon blueberry ice cream.

Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to Tips. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Airy smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Slightly thin dark malts, but rich in dark chocolate and robust bourbon soaked ripe fruits. Some bourbon spice on the semi dry finish. Pretty bourbon.

Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours opaque ruby - black with scummy dark brown head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, thick dark chocolate cake, thick chocolate cake, gateaux, vanilla ice cream, big bourbon character, tangy berry, blueberry muffin, malt loaf, brownies, toffee, molasses, chocolate bourbons and rocky road. The taste is drying, dark roasted malt, bitter - sweet, charred, umami, chonky, thick, slick, chewy, coffee, chocolate brownies, cookie dough, tangy blueberry, blackberry, warming booze and bourbon with a slick, chewy finish. Full body, fine carbonation and slick, chonky mouth feel. Hasn't aged well. Terrible mouth feel.
