Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white topping. Gorgeous beer, clean and pith, light pale malt sweetness, juicy citrus, lemongrass, pine needles. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Mild rindy bitterness to finish, further lean pale malts. Sublime.

Bottle direct from the brewery. It pours clear straw yellow with a thick, fluffy & lasting white head. The aroma is fresh and fragrant, piney, spruce, spice, grass, florals, toasty grains & cereals, mellow grapefruit and baked goods. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness which builds and lingers, straw, grass, pine needles, peppery spice, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, resin, floral accents and toasty grains with a dry/bitter and zesty finale. Light body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Crisp and quenching, but has a nice depth in the backdrop. Very chuggable and satisfying stuff.
