This rating is for the Amarillo version. No idea why this beer isn't split by hop like every other single hop beer, but guess I'll stick the rating here. Draft at Maloney's 9/17/21. Fully hazed orange, white head. Overripe citrus, pineapple, and grapefruit. Bread and dough. Solid feel. Solid beer. 7/4/7/3/14

Month old pint can - Rotating hop series - Mosaic 5% ABV A: Poured a big creamy beige head that held up well. Quite hazy medium gold color. S: Tropical aroma of peach, melon and pear with faint caramel underneath. T: Thin flavors of tart stonefruit and citrus with pith and zest lingering. A little biscuit is all but lost in the mix. Tasty but lacking in malt flavor and body; and thus balance. Not quite seltzery. M: Thin bodied and finely carbonated with slightly feathery texture just short of hop burn. O: A bit of a disappointment, this has very tasty hops but suffers from lack of malt balance.

Aroma of resin, pine trees, and citrus fruit. Flavor matches, hop bitterness with a slightly sweet backbone with tropical fruit. I would classify this as an IPA due to the hop bitterness flavor and intensity. Not my favorite style but I would suspect this is a good example of the style.

From a pint can courtesy of Jow. Pours a hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Aromas of tropical fruit and grass. Flavors are moderately bitter citrus.

Can at home. Hazy dirty orange gold pour decent head. Nose is fruity leaning tropical. Tastes of pineapple, apricot, grapefruit, resin, toast, pine nuts. Thin and kinda watery.
