Med samma recept har man redan firat ägarens 70-årsdag, vunnit guld- samt två silvermedaljer på Stockholm Beer Festival i oktober 2012. Det är en Barley Wine fullproppad med smak. Här rymmer hela 7 olika sorters malt och oraffinerat socker från vackra Mauritius som givetvis leder tankarna mot rom. Vidare är den humlad med Sorachi, Cascade, Magnum och Fuggles. Självklart tål den att lagras några år.

Flaska från SB, vintage 2015. Klar, mörkguldig med smutsvit krona. Torkad frukt, ljus maltsötma, ljusa välmogna druvor, plommon.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Light hazed amber with a small off white ringed head. Sweet with notes of caramel and fudge, some dried fruit shred, brown sugar, medium body, sweet malty finish.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Slightly hazy amber golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits, over ripe fruits and plums. Taste is sweet. Full bodied. Sweet finish with over ripe fruits. Nice.
