Nicely complex, low funk, a little white grape, lemon peel, nip of wheat flakes, some minerality. Salty and citric finish. Tasty.

Bottle at CBJ, thanks to the team. A mild haze on this yellow gold beer, very small white head. Light palate, thin, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts. Funky savoury ripe white wine. Mild floralness. A funky slightly bitter finish. Not bad, would not want a pint..

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has some black pepper, rustic saison yeast, some wild yeast, and spiciness. Flavour has lots of rustic saison yeast, some wild yeast notes, and a hint of citrus. Not particularly complex, but the construction is competent, and it has a nice yeast expression. Good stuff.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2023 vintage). Hazed bright yellow gold with small white head. Nice funk, wheaty, touch of stone fruit, very nice.

Big bretty aroma, with a pale hazy note. Big apricot, pluot sort of fruit character. Soft malt, light fruitiness, brett, that stone fruit is bright and there's a bit of bitterness. Pretty good - fresh and lively.
