Støckel Pale Ale is brewed with barley malt and hop. The beer is of a pale golden colour and topped by a dense, white froth.
Støckel Pale Ale is of an intensive and fresh aroma of passionfruit and citrus, rendered by the hop. An inviting scent of malt lie hidden at the back of this aroma. The refreshing character of the hop is also experienced on the palate where the citric taste is most prominent. The malt lends a perfect contrast to the bitterness of the hop, enveloping it in its velvety body. This perfect balanced comes forth in the aftertastes: a sweet beer of full body, and yet fresh.
Støckel Pale Ale goes well with marinated herring, chicken/bacon sandwiches, fried fish or very spicy Asian food.

My Danish beer #2600. Can @ Kvickly. Pours clear golden with a white head. Peach, grass and caramel. Quite German pilsner like on the malts and yeast. Medium bodied. Short bitter finish.

Can, 4.7%. Weak hoppy aroma. Clear yellow colour. Small stable chalk white head. The flavour has grapefruit and rotten apple. Chalky maltiness with some green apple aftertaste.

Can. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear flowery aroma with hoppy notes. Tastes of hops and spices. An uncanny citric and flowery finish. Not bad as such, but nowhere near a really decent pale ale.

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of faroeviking. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small white head. Neat and somewhat aromatic hops in the nose. Thin body, somewhat fruity, nice hop flavours but never bitter. A decent little drinker. 250113
