Draught@CBC2015 (blue session). Reddish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, mild toffee and some sweet fruity notes. Also some mild alcohol. Flavour is alcohol, fruits, some wood, mild floral and sweet malty notes.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Rich chestnut brown with a decent beige covering and edgeing. Nose is toffee, vanilla, light spice, caramel, sweet vibes. Taste comprises dark fruit notes, light wood, smoke, spice, toffee fudge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok BW - doesn’t get too sweet although lacks a little depth.

Tap@CBC 2015, Blue Session - dark brown coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet malty aroma and taste, toasty, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, some spices on the palate, medium sweet bitter finish. Decent.

[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 2nd session. Dark brown wit ha beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel and a bit of fruitiness. Sweet flavor, malty, with caramel and some fruitiness. Medium-bodied.

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a clear dark brown with a round frothy light tan head. The aroma is rich bitter sweet alcoholic malt. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a smooth rich alcoholic bitter palate and a not so pleasant floral finish. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
