Hazy amber beer with a big pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and dry. Light pale malt - a little grainy - raw. Mellow orange hops, dry. Touch of tangerine. Finishes dry. So very English, just with the volume turned up a bit.

Bottled. A golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, caramel, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from Oddbins London Bridge. Clear gold, pale brown with lasting white head. Quite a hoppy beer. Clean in mouth, hops are ok, quite bitter on finish. Not overly aromatic or fruity. Yes quite bitter.

Bottle at home in London with Chris. Pours perfectly clear gold, effervescent, big white foam head. Nose holds ripe lemon, orange, hay, pale malts. Medium sweet flavor, lightly boozy, some lightly dry citrus fruits, stone fruits, pale biscuits. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Lightly warming finish, some sticky citrus fruits, light apple, hints of straw, dry biscuity pale malts. I guess you could call this a ’British IPA’ or something. So so.
