"Beer Dinner And Dessert" er en fruktøl med nektariner og chilli. Oppskriften til ølet er laget av rundt 60 fulle folk, en god mix av ølbryggere og ølselgere. Dette er en "super awesome collaboration" fra vår Beer Dinner med Vince fra Lost Abbey. Tull, fyll og tøyseøl, med andre ord. Skål!

On tap @ Cardinal, Stavanger, Brewers night. Pours yellow with a creamy and big but fairly quickly receding head. Aroma is spicy cardboard with chili and whiffs of wood, as well as some sweet and almost cloying fruitiness. Medium body with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet with caramel malts and hot as hell with chili, as well as sweet fruits in the back. Nice try, funny beer, but no winner.

Fra fat på Cardinals Brewers’ Night: storboblet skum. Lukter ufriskt og innestengt, og smaker desverre også slik. En stor skuffelse, det første av Lindheim sine øl jeg ikke har likt, alle deres andre har vært fryd og begeistring.

Clear golden. Dense and persistent off-white head. Uninviting and unfresh aroma. Tropical fruits with moderate Ringnes bitterness in taste. Waterish mouthfeel. Chili in aftertaste.

On tap at Cardinal’s big Brewers’ Night, Golden colour, moderate white head. Dryish aroma of grain and dust, only a hint of nectarines. Smooth mouthfeel. Bland flavour, hardly any hops, just a hint of chili and nectarines. One to forget, despite a little chili warmth. Lindheim can do much better than this - and they know it.
