Cask @ The Lade Inn, Kilmahog. Pours deep amber, off-white head. Taste is leafy, some marmalade, herbal.. some off-flavours.. perhaps not in the best condition. Couldn’t make it past a few sips. Shame.

500ml bottle. Clear, copper-ish, dark amber colour with average, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Nuttily, malty aroma, a touch of caramel and shortbread. Taste is dry, nuttily malty, some caramel, a touch of toffee, slightly citrusy hoppy overtones with hints of orange and orange zest; bitter hoppy finish. Nice.

Bottle @ benzai shared by joes. Clear dark amber to copper colour with a small off-white head. Smells coffee, roasty, nesquik. Tastes roasty, hint of iron, slightly chocolate. Pretty weird for a beer thats called a red ipa. Thin to medium body, easily drinkable, soft carbo.
