Old review from Feb 2017 - A 500ml bottle. 4.1% Pours hazy gold, with lasting white foamy head, Aromas are citrusy with hints of grapefruit. Tastes of light citrusy chinook hops, with grapefruit, wood & hints of spice. Aftertaste is a dry slightly above medium bitter finish.

1/3 cask pour at GBBF Winter. Clear golden pour with a thin layer of foamy White head. Aroma is hoppy, notes of hop resin and pine with appropriate bitterness. Taste is also the straightforward hop flavors, and an oily resiny feel that accentuates the bitter finish.

From cask at the Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 24.01.20. Clear pale straw colour. Formay and persistent white head. Aroma of lemon, marmalade, tropical fruits and sweet pale malt. Similar taste, with sweet malt, marmalade and citrus lingering on.

19th Aug 2018, hand-pulled cask pint at the Pheasant Inn, Wellington Shropshire. Golden pour, light, clean and clear; on top a white crown that stayed the distance. The citrus leanings from the Chinook hops led the way from the first sniff to the last sip, one dimensional but decent.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden-blonde with a head. Hoppy as expected, mildly fruity, but with a more dominant dryness.

At the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 22/8/2014. Golden wirth a slight, white, head. Light, malty base, with plenty of grapefruit and dryish finish. Fine.

Cask at CBC Holborn, 18/06/14. Clear light golden with a moderate off white covering that retains. Nose is citric sherbets, light floral, mineral hint, orange pith. Taste comprises bitter orange, straw, mandarin, hint of bread dough, pale maltings. Medium to light body, a little on the thin side, very faint hop presence in the close. So so, it felt a little washed out and didn’t offer too much.
