On tap @ the Haymarket. Pours golden with a decent head and some haze. The nose has a lemon and yeast thing going on against some pale malt in the background. The taste is of a minerally lemon yoghurt. There is definitely a cask character coming through. The palate is quite dry on the finish but fairly balanced.
