Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy copper color. Some old style ascade hop orangey quality, the body is a bit weak for an IPA, some cereally malt base, ordinary bitterness, and some cabbage.
For Thailand, not too bad.

Light amber colour. There isn’t much head. The aroma has a nice orangey hop character with a touch of biscuity malt. Bitter, orangey, grapefruity, with again that same biscuity malt. Decent IPA.

330mL bottle, pours a clear copper amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light resinous hops, some earthy notes and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with faded resinous hops, light earthy and bready malt. Lightly sweet finish. Timid, but decent.
