Bladder big split at Cafe Bayou, Unwinsville - missing his old apple juice me thinks, RBWG ’15 day 2 - 20/02/15. Amber orange with a moderate off white covering of bubbles. Nose is apple skins, musty orchard, woody, light smoke. Taste comprises apple pie, caramel, light smoke, sweet licks, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Long way to come for a Worcestershire tick but a decent enough zider none the less!

Cask at the haymarket bar... Hazy orange amber... No head... Doft dry apple nose... Bitter tanin front... Light tart apple... Little thin... Ok but not my kind of cider
