On tap at Raw Wine London. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Sour Yoghurt aroma. Good carbonation. Good lemon and apple. Entertaining. A little dryness on the finish. No hops. Excellent

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours murky yellow-gold with a slight, creamy white head. Lots of salted lemon in the nose, some grapefruit and melon. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, good lemony citric bite, more salt, pale wheat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Very clean and quenching on the finish, with more tart lemon, other citrus, light bitter citrus rind, pine, grapefruit. Extremely clean, refreshing and drinkable overall. There’s a great hit of lemon and salt. Excellent.
