Keg at Three John’s. It pours hazy bright golden with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, coconut, rice pudding, peaches and cream. The taste is crisp, sweet, creamy, coconut milk, white chocolate, alcohol boost hit, peaches & cream and straw with a lingering boosty finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fun idea, but it is pretty hot & sweet.

On tap at BrewDog Clerkenwell. Hazy orange gold colour lasting white head. Herb live citrus aroma. Something like lime leaves. The coconut comes in on the swallow. Too cold. Bit watery. But the coconut tropical fruit is just so much fun coupled with Let It Bleed is just too much. Sweet orange and coconut. Lovely. Insane but sweet and lovely.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The holds powdered cocoa (slightly artificial), pale bread, faint caramel. Medium to heavy sweet flavour with some ripe and gooey citrus fruits, orange, melon, rich bread, light caramel, oily coconut. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, a little sugary, with more hearty pale bread, meringue, vanilla, coconut oil, orange, hints of caramel. A pretty fun concept beer. It’s novel, and I enjoyed it more and more as I drank it.
