Pigs Ear. Clear pale gold beer, no head. Light palate, semi dry. A floral and seltzer mineral kinda thing going on here with very mild citric hops underneath. Touch of brett flavour. Finishes dry with a mild bitter linger. Interesting and unusual.

Cask at the Pigs Ear 2012, London. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a light, bubbly white head. Has a pretty attractive aroma, some nice florals, citrus, fresh straw, orange. Light sweet flavor with mango, dry straw, pale malts, light white bread, dough, lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Great condition. Lightly dry to finish, plenty of straw, some minerals, pale malts, dry lemon. Pretty OK golden ale.
