Keg at the Kings Arms - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a slight white foam head. The aroma holds sugary bread, some citrus, marmalade. Medium sweet flavor with mellow caramel, lots of bready malts, some banana, tangerine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary finish, more bready malts, Belgian yeast, lightly toasted sugar, ripe citrus. Fair.

Keg at the kings arms launch. Dull murky orange / amber coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet honey, banoffee pie, Belgian phebols, banana bread. Flavour is composed of sweet gooey banana bread, Belgian yeast, some alcohol warmth, little mineral bite. Palate is sweet, moderate carbonation, semi dry chalky in the finish. Bit like a double hefe weizen.

On tap at King’s Arms Bethnal Green. Hazy amber colour no head. Belgian yeast aroma. Banana esters. Yes banana. Some hop on finish. Just a regular Belgian ale for me not a dubbed as I know it.
