Cask on stillage at the Stag and Hounds, Binfield. Golden amber with a loose white head; malty aroma; soft and malty in the mouth with some tart, rather acidic, fruit, and more than a hint of pear drops; the body is thin and there’s a light bitterness and biscuity finish, but overall this is unbalanced and way too acidic.

Cask at Lamb and Flag, Lincoln UK - it looks good, but that’s where it ends. Overwhelming acidic taste, struggled with this.
