Cask, handpump at The Hen & Chickens, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, 24-04-10 Pours light gold with a white creamy soft head. Some slight bitterness noted, lightly fruity, but again a soft easy drinking bitter that I tend to find crop up quite frequetly in the West Midlands and surrounding area. A5 A4 F7 P3 Ov12 3.1

Cask@GBBF2007. Pale golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is vanilla, fruit, some slight marsipan sweetness along with butter. Flavour is just mainly malts and hops. Wellbalanced.

Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Clear golden. Lager-like papery vegetable nose. Medium sweet with fairly soft mouthfeel. Cardboard dominates, grass and caramel surfaces later, but can’t really save it.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Gold, thin white. Thin, weedy. OK so it’s a mild and it is very mild. Decent condition, a little tingle on end. Pretty ok if you want a light beer, some citrus earthy finish. Nothing wrong with it at all. Very light.

[Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF, 2004] A yellow beer with a small disappearing head. The aroma contains notes of hops and honey.The flavor is sweet malty with hitns of honey.
