Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear deep brown with a small white head. The aroma is toasted nuts, cocoa powder, earthy, twig and caramel. The taste is dry, bitter, woody, earthy roast, leather, dried fruits, twig and toffee. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Decent enough balance and drinkability, but it didn’t stand out from the crowd.
