Das "Dunkel" der Schloßplatz-Brauerei, vom Faß in Köpenick, 31.8.2025. - Schwarzbraun, kurzlebiger Schaum. - In Nase wie Antrunk auffällige Noten von Vanille, Lakritze und Süßholz, die im Antrunk durch solides, tiefes Röstmalz erstaunlich gut eingebunden werden, ebenso wie die prominente aber nicht übermäßige Süße. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang feine, mild zitrusfruchtige und leise hopfenwürzige Hopfenherbe. - Interessantes, eigenwillig komponiertes Schwarzbier, das auf seine Weise durchaus überzeugt, trotz prominenter Süße.

Draught @ Slothzplatzbrauerei Coepenick. Pours black with a creamy brown head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light burrnt caramel, little dark fruit. Flavor is light sweet, rich malty, caramel, light burnt, little coffee, dark fruit, dates. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, light sweet finish. 290721

Draught. Black with a hint of brown and a tan head. Aroma is thin metallic malt. Flavour is ash, a bit sour, dry tart finish, very dry palate. More a burnt schwarzbier than a Dunkel.

Draught @ Schlossplatzbrauerei Coepenick, Gruenstrasse, Koepenick, Berlin Germany 125 55.Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, nutty, light to moderate hoppy, light licorice. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121220]

On tap at teh site in October. Cloudy dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Toffee and caramel aroma with a roasted malt and licorice note. Dry and rich malty flavour with licorice and a fruity touch. Full body.
