Euston Tap. Cask. Mini bimble with Ian Harrison. As ’21st Century Boy’. Clear gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry and crisp. Dry light malt, any sweetness is lost in the pretty astringent hop. Bitter floralness and just bitterness! Light dry crisp finish. A bitter bastard!

On air pressure at Euston Tap. Characterful mineral aroma really good bitterness. Love the play between hop yeast and bitter finish.
