Taster at the brewpub. Almost clear, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- low, fruity, pale plums, tropical fruit. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, fruity again, a bit biscuity. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Light grapefruit but not a lot going on here. In fact the spicy peanuts they gave me with the beer all but eclipsed the aroma here. Light bitter end with a touch of malt. Copper pour with ok head. Tap at brewery. Light bitter end with some unfermented sweetness.

Aroma is tropic fruit biscuit, some lime, graininess. Taste is very bitter, not balanced. Hoppy finish. Could be better.

Draft at Siem Reap Brewpub. Fairly hazy dull amber with a white head. Aroma of green weeds, herbal hops, light grass, biscuity malt and a bit of over cooked veg like your Nan makes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy copper colour with a lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is biscuit malt, citrus fruit, dry hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a fresh, fruity, dry woody hop bitter palate.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma is loaded with diacetyl, along with caramel malt and maybe a hint of actual hops. Flavour is totally scathed by diacetyl, which destroys this. Fairly heavy maltiness in there and a lack of hops. Everything wrong about this. Terrible.

From tap sample @Siem Reap Brewpub, Siem Reap. Clear medium to deep amber, small frothy off-white head, good lacing. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, palm sugar, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roasted malts, caramel. Sweetbitter aftertaste, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not your regula IPA, malt dominated, more like an amber ale, good enough anyway. Combines good with fried prawns.
